Advertise with us!
There are several advertising options available from the Pickwick Chapter for businesses and collectors. Whether on the Web site, in the bi-monthly newsletter or a combination of both, you'll reach a concentrated audience of readers who either collect or want to sell cans, drink beer, or do both! Plus, you'll support our club's efforts to bring you more and better services. Some of our advertising options include:
Newsletter Advertising Opportunities
Full or half pages are available, at single issue or yearly rates. Full color is available at no extra charge. Ads should be provided in digital (.eps, .pdf or Quark Xpress) or camera-ready format. Custom ad design services are available at extra charge.
Contact Steve Potter or Dave Waugh for rates and description of custom design services.
Online Advertising Opportunities
Advertising is available on the pickwickchapter.com site at very reasonable rates. No site traffic metrics are available yet since the site has just recently launched so specific numbers of ad impressions cannot be guaranteed. Metrics should be available April 1, 2005. Sizes of ad spaces available include:
- 468 x 60 pixel banner (top of page)
- 468 x 60 pixel banner (bottom of page)
- 120 x 120 pixel medallion (left column)
- 120 x 60 pixel medallion (left column) 2 spots available
In the event that more than one advertiser purchases the same space at the same time, each ad will be served in a balanced rotation. No more than 2 advertisers will share the same location simultaneously.
An advertiser can purchase multiple spaces or all spaces (giving them sole sponsorship of the site) for a premium fee provided there are no commitments to other advertisers.
Ads should be provided by advertisers in .gif, .jpg or swf. (Flash) format. Custom design services are available at extra cost.
Contact Steve Potter or Dave Waugh for rates and description of custom design services.
Combination buys
Inquire about special combination buys that include both print and Web. Barter for services is also considered.
