Pickwick Chapter privacy policy

The Pickwick Chapter respects member privacy. We collect member contact information and select, minimal demographics in order to better serve our membership. Services we are able to provide with this information include, but are not limited to:

- E-mail contact regarding club issues
- Mail contact via USPS
- Better show planning and attendance goals
- Membership validation
- A membership roster resource

We never share member information with anyone but fellow members for the sole purpose of publishing the Roster. Roster information is protected by login/password security measures and is not available to the general public.
